AquaPhoenix Builders was founded to deliver commercial construction with the experience of a large contractor and the responsiveness of an owner-led company.
Founder and President Zohra Cronin holds a master’s degree in Construction Management and Engineering from USC and brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience, including senior leadership on complex, multidisciplinary construction portfolios and work involving the Port of Long Beach.
Today, AquaPhoenix Builders supports commercial clients throughout Southern California with general contracting, structural concrete, structural steel, commercial renovations, building improvements, structural rehabilitation, and specialty construction.
Every project is approached with accountability, clear communication, quality execution, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.
